1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the American Sign Depot website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Service Descriptions
American Sign Depot provides custom auto painting services including but not limited to full vehicle repaint, metallic and pearl finishes, custom graphics, ceramic coating, paint protection film, and dent repair. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person inspection before final quote confirmation.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by American Sign Depot are estimates based on initial consultations and inspections. Final pricing may vary based on additional work discovered during the service process. All prices are subject to change without notice. A minimum deposit may be required to schedule your service.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle information
- Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
- Disclosing any existing damage or modifications
- Providing access to the vehicle at scheduled times
6. Warranty
American Sign Depot provides a limited warranty on paint adhesion and finish durability as described in service-specific warranty documents. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors. Warranty details are provided at time of service completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
American Sign Depot's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles during service periods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of American Sign Depot and may not be reproduced without written permission.
